These terms are the end-user license agreement for “Harvest Sync for Jira” (the “app”), provided by Achref Heraghi, trading as Ironmile (“we”, “us”), based in Tunisia. By installing or using the app you agree to them for yourself or the organization you represent.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on the Jira Cloud site where it is installed, for your internal business purposes, while your subscription or free tier is active. The app is licensed, not sold.
The app is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles pricing, billing, trials, renewals and license status under the Atlassian Marketplace terms. Current prices are shown on the Marketplace listing. We do not receive payment card details.
You are responsible for your use of the app, for the content in your site, and for having the right to process it. You will not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it, and will not use it to break the law or the rights of others.
How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy. If you are a data controller, you remain responsible for your own users’ data; the privacy policy states what the app stores and sends.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Atlassian, Harvest. Product names are used only to say what the app works with. Data you choose to exchange with Harvest is governed by your agreement with Harvest.
Support is by email and on the support page. We provide it with commercially reasonable efforts.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end your license if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by nature should survive do so.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, subject to any mandatory consumer or local law that applies to you.
