Ironmile

Email support@ironmile.dev. We reply by email.

What to include

• Your Atlassian site name (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net) and the Jira Cloud product.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

• The app version if you know it.

• To disconnect your own Harvest account, use “My Harvest connection” in the app. Disconnecting deletes your stored token and pauses your sync.

What not to send

Please do not send your Harvest token or any other secret. We only receive what you email us, and we delete it on request.
