What to include

• Your Atlassian site name (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net) and the Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management product.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
• The app version if you know it.
• Tell us the file type (.msg or .eml), its size, and the message the panel shows. Attachments over 25 MiB are not opened in the panel; Jira’s own download still works.

What not to send

Please do not send email content or attachments you consider sensitive. We only receive what you email us, and we delete it on request.
