Azure Pipelines builds and deployments on Jira Cloud issues. Azure DevOps pushes events through a service hook to a private webhook URL. Builds appear in the issue’s Development panel. Deployments appear in the Deployments view and Releases.
Setup needs a Jira admin and permission to edit Azure DevOps service hooks. There is no Microsoft sign-in, no personal access token and no app registration. The app never calls Azure DevOps.
